Estate & Auction Info:

Key Auctions is proud to have been chosen to sell the Estate of the late Irene Loggie, a life-long resident of her parents’ homestead. This homestead, located at 40 North Napan Road, Miramichi, features a lovely 3 bedroom two story house, a large barn and a couple out buildings. Irene Loggie was a well known lady in the community & was also held in high regard by the NB native reserve communities. Following her mother’s footsteps, Irene was a licenced nurse and was hired by the NB government as the nurse for all the NB Native reserves. As Irene was the only child & never married, the Estate presents a unique experience as it has been left un touched. You will find everything there from fine jewellery to NB primitives. This auction will be a fun day selling 450+ fresh-to-the-market lots… all to be SOLD. We will have our large tents set up to sit under as the sale will be held rain or shine. Dress accordingly, and to guarantee yourself a seat at this exciting and unique Estate auction, bring a chair.  Parking will be directly to the side of the home in a large dry field.  Please don’t park on the road for the safety of the community, and to avoid being towed.  We will be accepting all our normal methods of payments including cash, debit, Visa & MasterCard. The canteen is currently being arranged, as well as a porta potty on site. The main level of the house will be open for viewing at 10:00 the morning of the sale.  Spread the word along & we look forward to seeing all of you Saturday, May 27th for this fabulous sale!
