Key Auctions Loyal Supporters – Let’s Make a Difference

Africa Clean Water Project

Picture was taken on my 1st trip to Kenya 2012; Jared D Steeves

We are thrilled to announce we have currently reached $15000 in fundraising for this important project!

Go Fund Me page you can make a donation in under 60 seconds

https://www.gofundme.com/28dmnmpw

We now look at the months of August & September to complete our fundraising goal and raise the remaining $10,000!

Project Review: Please read

Every year, millions of people die from contaminated water! Children 5 years and under are one of the most affected groups. Unsafe drinking water, lack of water for hygiene and poor sanitation contribute to 700,000 deaths from diarrhoeal disease alone. That’s over 1900 kids a day!

Limuru is a village in central Kenya.

The region has suffered years of drought and high population growth, which have led to serious water contamination. Reports from the Canadian Executive Director of International Needs, who was on the ground in January 2016, says the situation in Limuru is desperate and that this project is a must… not only to help the current situation, but to make an impact for years to come.

Limuru Clean Water Project

Overview: This project aims to drill a well at least 250 feet down into the bed rock; this is the standard recognized by the UN. At this depth groundwater is naturally protected from bacterial contamination and is reliable during drought. Project Cost: $50,000

Let’s make a difference!

Key Auctions has again paired up with International Needs Canada and has committed to donating & raising half the funds ($25,000) needed for this important project. This is a unique opportunity, because the Ontario group “Women Making a Difference” has offered to match your donation. By leveraging the generosity of WMAD, we’ll be able to quickly reach the goal of $50,000 for this life- changing project!

We thank you for your previous support.

I’ve seen the impact of your past donations first hand. For example, in 2013, we raised $10,000 for the transformation of a school in Zambia. In 2016 International Needs reports “in Zambia the children are the healthiest we’ve ever seen. There are now 390 kids enrolled in this school!” I’ve been to this project twice and can’t tell you how much it makes me smile, having seen the need on the ground and knowing our funds contributed to this school’s turnaround. Exciting things are happening, and we once again invite you to participate.

The People of Limuru and surrounding areas are in desperate need. Join us in our mission to transform this village by giving them access to one of the most basic and essential human rights: clean, safe water. If you’d like more information on this project, please call me personally at (506) 878 7890; I’d love to have a conversation with you!

Donations can be made by cheque to
