This sale will feature fresh-to-the market lots from the well known Gorman family; the late David & Agnes pictured above.

  David was a skilled carpenter of the Victorian era and he constructed many of the beautiful homes in Fredericton.

This is a signed drawing of 1 of 3 homes he built for his daughters on Odell Avenue (this is #188), Fredericton, NB
